Алискирен - новые данные доказательной медицины и перспективы применения

Аннотация

Представлен обзор новых научных данных о механизме действия прямого ингибитора ренина алискирена, отличиях его влияния на основные компоненты ренин-ангиотензин-альдостероновую системы (РААС) по сравнению с другими блокаторами РААС. Представлены новые данные мета-анализов эффективности и безопасности алискирена. В мета-анализах показаны сопоставимые эффективность и переносимость алискирена с антагонистами рецепторов ангиотензина и другими антигипертензивными препаратами. В долгосрочных исследованиях по изучению органопротективных эффектов алискирена показано достижение регресса гипертрофии левого желудочка у больных артериальной гипертензией и протеинурией у пациентов с артериальной гипертензией и диабетической нефропатией; не выявлено увеличения риска общей и сердечно-сосудистой смертности. Изучение возможностей применения алискирена при других сердечно-сосудистых заболеваниях не выявило преимуществ этого препарата перед существующими.
