Аннотация

В статье представлен обзор литературы о довольно редкой разновидности первичной цефалгии - кластерной головной боли. В обзоре приводятся современные сведения о диагностических критериях, эпидемиологии и патогенетических механизмах данной нозологии. Описана клиническая картина заболевания и отличия от симптоматически подобных головных болей. Кроме того, рассмотрены основные подходы к лечению этой клинической формы.
