Рокситромицин (Эспарокси®) в лечении больных пиодермиями

Аннотация

К наиболее распространенным дерматозам среди населения относятся пиодермии, которые представляют собой большую группу инфекционных заболеваний кожи, развивающихся в результате внедрения в нее бактерий - патогенных пиококков. Среди возбудителей пиодермий преобладают стафилококки, вызывающие стафилодермии, и стрептококки, являющиеся возбудителем стрептодермий, к которым относится рожа. Ассоциации стафилококков и стрептококков являются причиной развития стрептостафилодермий. При тяжелом течении пиодермий больным показана системная антибактериальная терапия. Эффективным средством системной антибиотикотерапии больных пиодермиями является рокситромицин (Эспарокси®). Представлены данные о фармакокинетике рокситромицина, его эффективности и безопасности в лечении больных пиодермиями, в т.ч. рожей.
