Аннотация

Синдром SAPHO - крайне редкое заболевание с неясной этиологией, поражающее опорно-двигательный аппарат с формированием остеитов и гиперостозов, а также кожные покровы. Его место в классификации ревматологических болезней требует уточнения, как и алгоритм терапии. В статье представлено клиническое наблюдение с обзором литературы.
