Аннотация

Местная терапия глюкокортикостероидами (ГКС) играет важную роль в лечении стероидчувствительных дерматозов, в т.ч. псориаза и атопического дерматита, что обусловлено противовоспалительным, антипролиферативным, сосудосуживающим и гипосенсибилизирующим действиями этих препаратов. К очень сильным ГКС относится Дермовейт - клобетазола пропионат 0,05%, позволяющий быстро достигать полного клинического эффекта на фоне низкой концентрации действующего вещества, что снижает риск развития системных побочных эффектов и имеет благоприятный профиль безопасности при правильном применении. Подробно обсуждаются схемы рационального применения наружных ГКС при псориазе и атопическом дерматите.
