Аннотация

Синдром раздраженного кишечника (СРК) - серьезная проблема педиатрии. В статье приводятся ключевые клинические, диагностические и лечебные аспекты этого заболевания, даны опорные точки для правильной постановки диагноза. Представлены самые новые сведения, касающиеся обсуждаемой темы, в частности каноны Римских критериев-IV. Статья ориентирована на педиатров, гастроэнтерологов, неврологов, психотерапевтов.
