Аннотация

Цитидин 5-дифосфохолин (ЦДФ-холин, или цитиколин) является незаменимым промежуточным веществом в биосинтезе структурных фосфолипидов в клеточных мембранах, в частности фосфатидилхолина. Обзор посвящен исследованиям препарата цитиколин. Освещены экспериментальные данные его влияния на травматическое повреждение и экспериментальный отек головного мозга, а также результаты клинического применения при черепно-мозговой травме и ее последствиях.
