Рекомендации ATS/IDSA-2019 по ведению взрослых больных внебольничной пневмонией: 12 лет спустя

Аннотация

Внебольничная пневмония (ВП) продолжает оставаться одной из ведущих причин заболеваемости и смертности в мире. В 2019 г. вышли в свет согласительные рекомендации ATS - American Thoracic Society (Американское торакальное общество) и IDSA - Infectious Diseases Society of America (Американское общество инфекционных заболеваний) по ведению взрослых пациентов с ВП. Предыдущие рекомендации ATS/IDSA вышли 12 лет назад. В статье рассматриваются основные положения новой редакции согласительных рекомендаций ATS/IDSA, в ряде случаев - по сравнению с позицией российских специалистов. Краткий анализ новых рекомендаций ATS/IDSA-2019 свидетельствует, что содержащиеся в них отдельные положения лишь в минимальной степени отличаются от таковых в рекомендациях 2007 г. А значит, ключевые подходы к диагностике и лечению ВП у взрослых, сформулированные в начале XXI в., остаются актуальными и сегодня.
