Аннотация

Эдометриоз - коварный и загадочный - стал настоящей эпидемией века: это одно из самых распространенных гинекологических заболеваний. Существует необходимость изменения общепринятых взглядов на эту проблему как «взрослой болезни» и поиска маркеров ранней диагностики у девочек с подбором методов коррекции.Проведена оценка 50 зарубежных и отечественных источников литературы, отражающих клинические проявления, патогенез, диагностику и лечение эндометриоза у детей и подростков. Около половины пациенток репродуктивного возраста отмечают появление симптомов эндометриоза в подростковом возрасте. Однако отличие клинических проявлений течения заболевания от взрослых пациенток затрудняет и замедляет процесс установления диагноза. Необходима разработка методик ранней диагностики эндометриоза у девочек-подростков с целью предотвращения его прогрессирования и сохранения фертильности.
