Аннотация
Розацеа является неинфекционным дерматологическим заболеванием среднего возраста, требующим длительного и часто пожизненного лечения. Дебют заболевания начинается с незначительных клинических проявлений, таких как центрофациальная транзиторная эритема или конъюнктивит, что пациентами не рассматривается как необходимость обращения к врачу. Ранняя терапия предупреждает хронизацию процесса и развитие тяжелых форм, к которым относятся папулопустулезная розацеа, офтальморозацеа и фимы. Одним из методов терапии розацеа является физиотерапия, включающая лазерную, криотерапию, дарсонвализацию, электрофорез, электрокоагуляцию, пульстерапию, индуктотермию, фототерапию сосудистой патологии и др. В данном обзоре приведены основные механизмы действия лазерного света на кожу человека и систематизированы данные по его применению при различных формах розацеа.
