Клинический случай применения селективного ингибитора янус-киназы упадацитиниба у взрослого пациента с тяжелым течением атопического дерматита

Аннотация
Обоснование. Атопический дерматит (АтД) является одним из самых распространенных хронических воспалительных заболеваний кожи, поражающих как детей, так и взрослых. Его влияние на больного во многом коррелирует с тяжестью течения болезни. Несмотря на это, в настоящее время имеется высокая неудовлетворенность в эффективной и безопасной системной терапии. Иммунологическая сложность патогенеза АтД делает подавление янус-киназ перспективным подходом к лечению.
Описание клинического случая. В данном клиническом случае описано успешное применение селективного перорального ингибитора янус-киназы-1 упадацитиниба пациентом с тяжелым течением АтД. Препарат продемонстрировал быстрый клинический ответ, хорошую переносимость и удобство в использовании. Наш опыт подтвердил, что упадацитиниб – эффективный и безопасный метод лечения рефрактерных форм АтД.
