Патология кожи и слизистых оболочек у детей с ВИЧ-инфекцией

Аннотация
Статья посвящена обзору литературы по современным международным взглядам о патологии кожи и слизистых оболочек у детей с инфекцией, вызванной вирусом иммунодефицита человека (ВИЧ). Затрагиваются вопросы распространенности дерматозов среди детского населения с ВИЧ-инфекцией, выделяются заболевания кожи, наиболее часто встречающиеся в данной популяции. Освещаются проблемы их классификации в зависимости от этиологии, а также от степени иммуносупрессии. Выделяются особенности клинического течения заболеваний кожи и слизистых оболочек у детей с ВИЧ-инфекцией. Отмечаются современные тенденции изменения структуры дерматологической патологии у пациентов детского возраста, принимающих антиретровирусную терапию, ее побочные эффекты, оказывающие негативное влияние на кожу и слизистые оболочки, а также наиболее частые кожные проявления воспалительного синдрома восстановления иммунной системы в виде вирусных заболеваний.
