Гофликицепт: новый перспективный препарат для лечения рецидивирующего перикардита

Аннотация

Рецидивирующий идиопатический перикардит – это аутоиммунно-воспалительное заболевание перикарда с повторными эпизодами воспаления после 4–6 недель ремиссии. В работе освещены историческое развитие и современное представление о патогенезе рецидивирующего перикардита, как о интерлейкин-1 (ИЛ-1)-зависимом аутовоспалительном заболевании. Описаны эффективность таргетной терапии по сравнению со стандартными методами лечения и преимущества гофликицепта – первого и единственного российского препарата по сравнению с другими антагонистами ИЛ-1, а также результаты изучения его профиля безопасности и эффективности при долгосрочной терапии.
