Аннотация

На протяжении последних лет среди проблем, возникающих у женщин на фоне физиологического, особенно хирургического выключения яичников, повышенное внимание уделяют женской сексуальной дисфункции. Сексуальность зависит от совокупности множества различных факторов, включая биологические, гормональные, психологические, социальные, межличностные и культуральные. В настоящее время предметом многочисленных клинических исследований и дискуссий является роль половых гормонов (эстрогенов и андрогенов) в генезе сексуальных нарушений и сохранения качества жизни женской популяции в целом.
