Аннотация

В обзорной статье рассматриваются вопросы современного лечения эректильной дисфункции препаратами для перорального применения. Представлены сравнительные данные по эффективности разных ингибиторов фосфодиэстеразы 5-го типа. Приведены сведения о новом препарате данной группы - Сиалисе (тадалафил) - 5 мг для ежедневного применения. Подчеркивается, что инновационная концепция терапии эректильной дисфункции с помощью специально разработанного ингибитора фосфодиэстеразы 5-го типа для ежедневного назначения открывает новые возможности коррекции расстройств эрекции.
