Падения среди лиц пожилого и старческого возраста

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются причины, приводящие к падениям лиц пожилого и старческого возраста. Подчеркивается, что проблема профилактики падений данной категории больных является полидисциплинарной, поскольку в их основе могут лежать как соматические, так и неврологические причины. Приводятся рекомендации по неврологическому и соматическому обследованию больных с угрозой падений. Подчеркивается, что медикаментозная терапия пациентов с падениями определяется причинами, к ним приводящими. Для лечения сосудистых и первично-дегенеративных заболеваний, а также головокружений широко используются алкалоиды спорыньи.
