Research of distribution of plastic deformation on thickness of steel strips
Abstract
The article is about the research of distribution of deformation on thickness of the maple samples received by means of hot rolling. In relation to these conditions when rolling in broadband camp, distribution of deformation on thickness of strips was estimated by method of screws, and character of structure was specified by metallographic method. The authors provided schedules of distribution of deformation in samples and photo of structure. Schedules of heterogeneity of the saved-up deformation on thickness of previously squeezed out technological flute are submitted.

Influence of change of speed of deformation on nature of hardening of material
Abstract
The article considers material deformation in conditions of deformation speed changing. Curve hardenings are analyzed at various speed of deformation of samples and the method of creation of a curve of hardening of material in the conditions of change of speed of deformation of preparation is shown.

Determination of optimal method of making of small diameter deep holes in parts of gas-turbine engine and its experimental study
Abstract
The article presents the results of comparative analysis of a number of alternative machining holes produced on the basis of experts assessment. Experimental studies were carried out for processing, recognized to be the best by comparative analysis results. Machining conditions and tool selection influence on technological characteristics of holes. The results of this study allow to approach to selection of optimal parameters for machining of holes.

Structure and wear resistance of carbide-containing multilayer coating after oxyacetylene welding
Abstract
The paper is devoted to study of structure, mechanical properties and wear resistance of multilayer coating formed by oxyacetylene welding carbide-containing rods, powder material with nickel sublayer. The amount of wear depends on the structure of the deposited material and welding conditions.
