Аннотация

Обсуждается течение хронической болезни почек у пожилого пациента, длительно страдающего сахарным диабетом типа 2, распространенным атеросклерозом и перенесшего одностороннюю нефрэктомию, у которого нарастание почечной недостаточности обусловлено развитием гемодинамически значимого атеросклеротического стеноза артерии единственной функционирующей почки
