Аннотация

В статье обсуждаются клинические и лабораторные признаки, которые могут быть ошибочно интерпретированы как проявления активности хронического гломерулонефрита, в том числе гематурия, нарастание артериальной гипертонии и почечной недостаточности. Представлены новые подходы к определению активности хронического гломерулонефрита, в частности оценка мочевой экскреции воспалительных и фиброгенных медиаторов, а также иммунокомпетентных клеток и подоцитов
