Аннотация

В обзоре анализируется распространенность и течение хронической болезни почек (ХБП) и острого повреждения почек (ОПП) у пожилых. Обсуждаются нефропатогенная роль инсулиннезависимого диабета, артериальной гипертензии, кардиальной патологии, полипрагмазии, а также возможность применения пожилыми при ОПН и ХПН нефропротективной и заместительной почечной терапии.
