Abstract
Varios disterbanses of circadian rhythms have been reported by hftient with stress-reaction and cardiac deseases, including alteration in the sleep-wake cycle and variations in body temperature and cortisol and melatonin concentrations leading to suggestion that disfunctions of the circadian rhythms melatonin are involved in the pathogenesis risk factors in cardiac deseases. Valdoksan a potewnt agonist at melatonergic MT-1, MT-2 receptors is very effectiveness in stress reaction. Valdoksan has been shown circadian rythms in risk factors (stress-reactions and melatonin сoncentrations).
