External compression on the anterior abdominal wall and orthostatic hypotension in patients with chronic tetraplegia

Bushkov F.A., Ivanova G.E.

Abstract

The aim of this work was to study the effect of positive pressure on the anterior abdominal wall (abdominal bandage) on orthostatic tolerance in patients with chronic tetraplegia. The study included 20 patients with traumatic tetraplegia (C5-D1 neurological level). We investigated the status of the autonomic nervous system using heart rate variability (HRV) at rest and in one-stage head-up tilt test (700), severity of sinus arrhythmia depending on the availability of external compression of the anterior abdominal wall (20-30 mm Hg). As a result, notes in a positive pressure on the anterior abdominal wall the lack of effect on sinus arrhythmia, heart rate variability, respiratory rate and heart rate at rest, and a decrease in orthostatic hypotension and a greater increase LFn/HFn HRV in orthostatic stress. Conclusion: abdominal bandage decrease orthostatic hypotension in patient with chronic tetraplegia in tilt test.

Application of the general magnetotherapy and faltering pneumocompression in the early postoperative period at patients after the radical mastectomy

Gerasimenko M.U., Evstigneeva I.S., Kulikov A.G., Strazev S.N.

Abstract

Objective and tool examination at patients with a radical mastectomy during the early postoperative period (2-4 days) is conducted, after that were a course of the general magnetotherapy in combination with a faltering pneumocompression of the lower extremities and trunks is conducted. It has been proved that at such combination of the patient note improvement of quality of life, postoperative puffiness decreases, the pain syndrome decreases, limforea terms are shortened. There is an increase in volume and quality of movements, decreases violations of sensitivity in the top extremity. I have shown results of a remote infrared termografiya that positive dynamics remained only at the patients from group receiving the combined application of two factors that proves about prolongation of clinical effect at combined applications of a faltering pneumocompression and the general magnetotherapy. Thus, this the combination of two physical factors in the early postoperative period, at patients after a radical mastectomy, has broad functionality and позволяюето to receive more expressed and resistant clinical result.

Analysis of methods and technical solutions for measuring blood pressure using telemedicine and cluster technologies in cardiac research during medical rehabilitation

Boytsov S.A., Ivanova G.E., Rogoza A.N., Gertsik Y.G., Gertsik G.Y.

Abstract

The article presents materials related to non-invasive methods and medical devices for measuring blood pressure. Questions of possibility of increasing accuracy of measurements at performance by the patient of physical loadings at rehabilitation or functional diagnostic tests with application of test exercises. The possibilities of existing medical devices and new developments for remote removal and processing of information about the state of the cardiovascular system of the patient in terms of the magnitude and dynamics of changes in blood pressure are analyzed.

Kim V.A., Zuikova A.A., Safronov A.I., Shakula A.V.

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of applying the methods of fairy tale therapy during the rehabilitation process of persons with different types of dependence that passed the period of detoxification in a rehabilitation center and hospital. The obtained data indicate that in the treatment of various categories of dependent persons, the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic procedures increases when finding patients in the position of the subject of the rehabilitation process, when the patient realizes and accepts the therapeutic effect, is actively involved in the implementation of therapeutic measures.

The use of methods of assessing psychophysiological indicators of drug addicts at the initial stage of psychological rehabilitation

Zuikova A.A.

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of assessing the effectiveness of the rehabilitation process of persons with different types of dependence. The solution of this problem is proposed through the implementation of stage-by-stage monitoring of the functional state of the organism of patients, in order to assess the level of adaptation to a certain stage of rehabilitation, which in turn will allow not only to assess the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures, but also will facilitate the transition of the patient from one stage of rehabilitation to another on the basis of the obtained data.
