Аннотация
Семейство Toll-подобных рецепторов (TLR) играет важную роль в распознавании патогенов, контроле и регуляции воспаления. Однонуклеотидные полиморфизмы (ОНП) в генах TLR могут нарушать функционирование некоторых сигнальных путей, что повышает риск возникновения инфекционных заболеваний и может приводить к повышенному риску осложнений других бронхолегочных патологий. Представлен обзор исследований связи ОНП в генах TLR с заболеваниями нижних дыхательных путей, проведенный в соответствии с протоколом PRISMA-ScR. Оценивали объем проведенных исследований, представленность субпопуляций и географических регионов, а также факторы риска и тяжесть течения инфекционных заболеваний у носителей аллелей риска.
