Abstract

Working in a laboratory is always associated with risk. Some chemical reagents are toxic. Fumes harmful to workers may be released during the reaction. Fume hoods are installed in laboratories to minimize possible danger. Most of works is carried out in fume hoods, so you need to choose the right model for specific tasks. Features of classic, specialized, compact fume hoods and muffle furnaces are listed.
