Novoselov A.V., Novoselov V.S., Sosnova E.A., Kaptil’nyy V.A.
Abstract
The purpose of research is the study of causes of the formation of acne in women. There were examined 100 female patients. There were investigated hormonal parameters of blood serum characterizing the androgen status (level of testosterone, dehydroepiandrosterone-sulfate, 17-oxyprogesterone, androstenedione and sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG). Biochemical hyperandrogenism was excluded in all patients. As a result of serodiagnosis by enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) in the course of the examination of the gastrointestinal tract in all cases there were revealed positive results of IgG antibodies to Helicobacter pylori (HP). Inclusion of the eradication scheme into the standard acne therapy confirmed the substantial contribution of the pathology of the gastrointestinal tract caused by HP infection in the development of acne. This allows to recommend the inclusion of both (ELISA IgG) and treatment of HP infection in the standards of the examination and treatment ofpatients with diagnosis.

In absolute numbers, from sepsis every 5 years the 1 woman died, but there was a trend to growth of the portion of this complication from 6.2% (2001-2005) to 14.3% (2011-2015). Among the cases who dead there was the primigravida, 2 multigravida (3rd and 4th pregnancy), the second birth was in 2 cases. There were 2 multiparous residents of the village. In the 1 case sepsis was developed after the delivery, the 1 patient had undergone to cesarean section, 1 pregnant woman died. The death in hospital took place in 2 cases, 1 patient died outside the hospital. The decline of the maternal mortality rate from sepsis directly depends on timely diagnosis, early and adequate treatment in the each particular situation.

Ginzburg E.B., Sosnova E.A.
Abstract
The aim of the study is to estimate the contribution of radical surgery on the uterus and appendages in the formation of the metabolic syndrome (MS). Material and methods. The study involved 100 patients, who underwent surgery on the pelvic organs in the extent of subtotal hysterectomy with bilateral adnexectomy or without it. Within 12 months after the operation in the dynamics there were investig TED changes in the body mass index (BMI), blood pressure (BP) and carbohydrate metabolism. Results. The removal of the uterus was established to fail to influence on the increase in body mass index, however, it has an impact on the indices of carbohydrate metabolism, in particular - on the change in the HOMA-IR index, and systolic blood pressure. The persistent increase in systolic blood pressure appeared to be the only index identified by the 12th month of the observation.
