This article reviews some aspects of the Russian medieval culture as religious and philosophical intentions through the prism of the relation of form and content. The paper aims to examine the correlation between faith and ritual in the medieval Russia, as well as to show the influence of this correlation on the rise of the Russian church split, to study the reflection of the combination of faith and the forms of its perception and expression in the Russian medieval iconography, to examine the correlation of faith and its formal side in the same plane with the rise of well-known concept of «Holy Russia». The conceptual basis of this article is the understanding of the correlation between faith and ritual, internal and external, as an organic combination of form and content in the philosophy of Plato. The review of the literature used in the article allows to acknowledge the harmonic combination of the considered intentions that is characterized as «ontological eurythmy». The following methods are used by the author: descriptive, comparatively historical, general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. This article uses the works on modern researches along with the classic researchers.

This article covers the problems of philosophical and cultural analysis of city phenomenon and some of its aspects. The special attention is paid to the analysis of industrial culture and its attributes.

The paper analyzes the conceptual foundations of the social welfare state and provides a historical review of social institution development, a modification of which is the state. The author attempted to apply some models of dialectical logic which makes understandable the concept of the welfare state, and the complexity of its construction.

The article analyzes the concept of the ideal developed by Russian cosmist philosopher N. A. Setnitsky. The ideal is reviewed as an actively ongoing project and is equated with the ultimate aim of human activity. Setnitsky classifies different types of the ideal and outlines the main stages of its implementation in reality.

The article discusses the possible approaches to the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the unity of the world as a way of ontology forming. The novelty of the study consists in examination of the following issues: a) the symbolic method in the ontology b) the ontology of symbolic unity, c) the unity of classical and non-classical metaphysics as complementary sides of a coherent ontological concept.

The author studies the ontological and existential grounds of an individual sportsman, makes actual the contradiction of the sportsman’s activities in the modern industrial civilization. The author concludes that the sportsman can overcome the contradicting situations in the modern time by implementing of his own existential possibilities.

The article reveals the economic aspects of military actions on the sea from the standpoint of purposes and means. The special attention is given to the establishment of geopolitical reasons for modernization of the Russian navy fleet and to the problem of conformity of a level of actions in this area to the geostrategic interests of the Russian Federation.

The article provides the theoretical explanation of interaction between the casual loneliness explanations and the reaction to this state. The casual loneliness explanations may influence the lonely person’s behavior. The reasons of loneliness may be different events including something that is not connected with communication. The author comes to conclusion that loneliness is the cognitive state of a person.

This article reviews the functions of evaluative concepts in procedural law. Procedural law is understood to be not only judicial law, but also a number of positive law enforcement procedures.

By analogy with a theory of law that considers compliance with the rules, fulfillment of obligations, rights usage and law enforcement as four basic forms of law implementation, this article analyzes the corresponding forms of bioethical principles and rules implementation.
