Аннотация
Гипотиреоз является наиболее частой формой нарушения функции щитовидной железы. Высокая распространенность и неспецифическая симптоматика с поражением практически любых органов и систем, а также возможность моносимптомного течения этого заболевания обуславливают обращение больного гипотиреозом к специалисту любого профиля, в зависимости от ведущей жалобы. Основными задачами при этом остаются своевременная диагностика и выбор адекватной терапевтической тактики. Стандартом лечения гипотиреоза остается монотерапия левотироксином натрия, позволяющая восстановить эутиреоидное состояние у большинства пациентов.
