Иберогаст - эффективная фитотерапия функциональных заболеваний желудочнокишечного тракта

Аннотация

В статье приведены клинические и биофармацевтические сведения об эффективности и безопасности применения комбинированного фитопрепарата Иберогаст в многоцелевой терапии функциональной патологии желудочно-кишечного тракта (ЖКТ) - синдрома раздраженного кишечника (СРК) и функциональной диспепсии (ФД). На основе концепции воздействия на многофакторную патофизиологическую природу ФД и СРК рассмотрены преимущества и перспективы использования комбинированных фитопрепаратов, обеспечивающих синергизм активных компонентов. Сравнительные фармакодинамические и фармакокинетические исследования влияния компонентов препарата Иберогаст на ЖКТ показали быстрое начало наступления терапевтического эффекта.
