Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы лекарственной терапии пациентов с артериальной гипертонией (АГ) на современном этапе развития гипертензиологии: обширная коморбидность, вынужденная полипрагмазия, лекарственные взаимодействия, низкая приверженность лечению. Подчеркивается важная роль применения комбинированной терапии и особенно фиксированных комбинаций антигипертензивных препаратов (АГП) в решении важных вопросов эффективной и безопасной антигипертензивной терапии, в том числе у больных АГ с сопутствующей патологией. Особое внимание уделяется одной из наиболее рациональных фиксированных комбинаций АГП - сочетанию ингибитора АПФ и дигидропиридинового антагониста кальция. Приводятся данные о результатах клинических исследований (рандомизированных, проспективных и ретроспективных наблюдательных, данные регистров пациентов с АГ) по оценке эффективности и безопасности терапии фиксированными комбинациями АГП, а также изучению различных аспектов приверженности пациентов лечению.
