Аннотация
Когнитивные нарушения, имеющие высокую распространенность, особенно среди пожилых людей, приводят к снижению качества жизни пациентов, нарушениям повседневной активности, увеличению риска деменции и смертности. В настоящее время большое внимание уделяется умеренным когнитивным расстройствам (УКР). В статье рассматриваются критерии диагностики и возможные клинические варианты этого синдрома. Учитывая высокую частоту прогрессирования УКР до деменции, необходимо выделение групп риска и проведение терапевтических мероприятий по профилактике. В качестве перспективного направления терапии рассматривается коррекция потенциально модифицируемых факторов риска. Необходимы достаточная физическая и умственная активность, соблюдение правильного рациона питания, нормализация сна, остроты зрения и слуха. Профилактика инсульта и контроль сосудистых факторов риска могут снизить риск прогрессирования умеренных когнитивных нарушений до степени деменции.
