Abstract

The questions of spindle service life extension, constant monitoring of working conditions and technical condition of machine tool spindles and their protection, technical diagnostics of machine tool spindles and predictive analysis of their operation using AI methods are considered. The use of a stationary spindle monitoring system "Dispatcher VM1" of domestic development is proposed.
