Роль протеаз и цитокинов тучных клеток при воспалении

Аннотация

Роль тучных клеток изучена преимущественно при гиперчувствительности немедленного типа; их функциональная значимость в механизме развития хронического воспаления до сих пор остается не ясной. Тучные клетки синтезируют и секретируют большое количество активных протеиназ, включая триптазу, химазу, карбоксипептидазу и катепсин G, быстрое высвобождение которых индуцируется многочисленными факторами. Тучные клетки продуцируют также различные цитокины, такие как интерлейкин-4 (IL-4), IL-5, IL-6, фактор некроза опухолей-α (TNF-α), интерферон-γ (INF-γ), которые участвуют в регуляции иммунного ответа при воспалении. На основе данных литературы обсуждается роль протеиназ и цитокинов тучных клеток при развитии воспаления в коже.
