2 0 2 0 年初， 新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在全球迅速蔓延。根据世界卫生组织的统计，
截至2 0 2 0 年6 月2 4 日， 全球共报告了9 , 1 2 9 , 1 4 6 例新型冠状病毒确诊病例， 其中包括
473,797例死亡，死亡率高达5.19%。其中，老年人患病率、死亡率占据很大比例，养老机构成
为突发疫情背景下的“重灾区”，世界各国养老机构对老年人新型冠状病毒防护工作面临巨大挑战。
本文从老年人自身特点出发，探究养老机构在疫情应对过程中的防护困境，从老年人的健康管
理、养老机构封闭式管控以及突发公共卫生事件中养老模式的完善提出建议。
