Zabozlaev F.G., Sorokina A.V.

Abstract

The clinicomorphological analysis with using the histostereometric method of research of myocardium, liver and kidneys, taken from the autopsies of 160 died patients from the period 20092010 was performed in the age aspect. Significant direct changes of the specific volume of highly specialized myocardium and liver cellular structures and stromal component were revealed at the organism aging. The specific volume of a bloodstream had veracious multidirectional action vector – in myocardium and liver. The identification of relative indicator of histostereometrical indicator dynamics in myocardium and liver allows to use it for updating the assessment of the stromal and parenchymal relationships at organism aging.
