STRUCTURAL-FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE RETINA MACULAR ZONEIN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES MELLITUS 1 AND 2 TYPE WITHOUT DIABETES RETINOPATHY

Kazaryan A.A., Ovsepyan T.R., Shishkin M.M.

Abstract

The results of morphological and functional research of macular zone of the retina in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and without diabetic retinopathy (DR) are presented. Analysis of tomographic and retinographic parameters revealed decrease of thickness and damage of functional activity of the macular zone.

MODERN CONTROLLED MINIINVASIVE TECHNIQUES OF ACUTE DESTRUCTIVE PANCREATITIS DIAGNOSTIC AND TREATMENT

Borsukov A.V., Mamoshin A.V., Alechnovich A.V.

Abstract

In the article the modern controlled miniinvasive techniques of acute destructive pancreatitis diagnostic and treatment and its complications are discussed. Perspective miniinvasive techniques as many-frequent bioimpedancometry and crystallography are described. Different controlled mini- invasive interventions were used in the particular sequence in dependence on clinico-morphological form of pathological process. Endocavital ultrasound research is considered as perspective area in the development of miniinvasive techniques of destructive pancreatitis treatment.

CORRECTION OF ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH TERMINAL RENAL INSUFFICIENCY

Fedoseev A.N., Vaulina A.S., Smirnov V.V., Ovsyannikov K.V.

Abstract

The problem of development of endothelial disfunction in patients with end-stage renal failure and possibilities of its correction in extracorporal and medical methods is discussed. In research took part 60 patients with chronic kidney disease stage V by K/DOQI, which was evaluated vasomotor endothelial function in samples with reactive hyperemia and nitroglycerin, with simultaneous detection of the concentration of endothelin-1. The study confirmed the expressed changes of indicators vasodilating activity of the vascular wall and raising of endothelin-1 level in patients of this group. Effective method of correction of endothelial disfunction in patients with terminal renal insufficiency was early initiation of haemodyalisis therapy in combination with ACE inhibitors pharmacotherapy.

ENDOSONOGRAPHY MONITORING IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF DISEASESOF HEPATOPANCREATODUODENAL ZONE AND STOMACH

Morozova T.G., Borsukov A.V.

Abstract

It is estimate of clinical features and prospects of endosonography in 112 patients with disease of stomach: submucosa neolasm (n=42, 37,5%), chronic ulcer (n=11, 9,8%), cancer-ulcer (n=4, 3,6%) and hepatopancreatoduodenal zone: chronic pancreatitis (n=38, 33,9%), pseudotumor pancreatitis (n=9, 8%), pseudocyst (n=4, 3,6%), cancer of pancrease (n=4, 3,6%). During research it has been specified a place of endosonography typical for hepaticpancreaticoduodenal zone and stomach in determining the prevalence of malignant process in stomach and pancreas, as well as with elastography to differentiate further tactics of patients.

CYTOKINE PROFILE IN PATIENTS WITH ADENOVIRAL INFECTION

Shipilov M.V., Ivanov V.V.

Abstract

Investigated the serum of patients with adenoviral infection (n = 17). Changes of cytokine circuit in a significant increase in the acute period of disease IFN-γ, IL-1ra, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and IL-17. Period of convalescence marked by high levels of IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-10, IL-17.

MULTILEVEL VERTEBROPLASTY WITH MULTIPLE METASTATIC LESIONS OF THE SPINE

Bukharov A.V., Karpenko V.Y., Agzamov D.S., Rubtsova N.A., Derzhavin V.A.

Abstract

Presented the clinical observation of patients with multiple metastatic and myeloma lesions of the spine with the presence of pathological fractures of vertebral bodies and severe pain. The authors recommend multilevel vertebroplasty, as it allows to reduce pain, to prevent pathological fracture of the spine, and activate patients in a short time.

LAPAROSCOPIC LIVER RESECTION (literature review)

Aleksanyan G.B.

Abstract

Laparoscopic in comparison to open surgery reduces surgical trauma, the inflammatory response and infectious complications and minimizes immunosuppression. Large sizes of tumors, biliary or vascular reconstruction are the only obstacles to the widespread use of laparoscopic liver resections. Numerous clinical studies have demonstrated a significant reduction in postoperative pain, hospital length of stay, postoperative morbidity and recovery times.

SYNDROME OF CHRONIC ABDOMINAL ISCHEMIA IN THE PRACTICE OF GENERAL SURGEONS

Ivanov Y.V., Chupin A.V., Sazonov D.V., Lebedev D.P.

Abstract

One possible cause of resistant abdominal pain syndrome is a chronic intestinal ischemia caused by varying degrees of occlusion of the mesenteric vessels. Due to the variety of clinical manifestations, just noticeable their specificity and lack of awareness of general practitioners timely diagnosis of the syndrome of chronic abdominal ischemia is difficult. The main methods of diagnosis at this stage are: ultrasound duplex scanning, spiral computed tomography, magnetic resonance computed tomography angiography in the mode of indirect and direct angiography. The method of choice of surgical treatment is percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and stenting of the arteries.
