Использование геля с молочной кислотой в лечении и профилактике бактериального вагиноза и инфекций мочевыводящих путей как вызов антибактериальной терапии (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
Бактериальный вагиноз и инфекции мочевыводящих путей являются распространенными состояниями, приводящими к снижению качества жизни и значительным экономическим затратам. В обзоре представлена актуальная информация о роли молочной кислоты в микробиоте влагалища и мочевыводящих путей, а также о применении геля с молочной кислотой при этих состояниях. Бактериальный вагиноз ассоциирован с повышенным риском возникновения инфекций мочевыводящих путей. Антибактериальная терапия демонстрирует статистически значимые результаты лечения обострения, но не предотвращает дальнейшие рецидивы, что обусловлено возможной высокой способностью бактерий к образованию биопленок. Молочная кислота в отличие от перекиси водорода участвует в поддержании микробиоты влагалища, усиливая ее защитную функцию от инфекций, передающихся половым путем, а также опосредованно влияет на микробиоту мочевыводящих путей, что может позволить использовать ее для лечения и профилактики рецидивов как бактериального вагиноза, так и инфекций мочевыводящих путей.
