ВЛИЯНИЕ ФЕТАЛЬНОГО ВОСПАЛИТЕЛЬНОЙ ОТВЕТА НА ПОСТНАТАЛЬНУЮ АДАПТАЦИЮ НОВОРОЖДЁННЫХ

Аннотация
Синдром фетального воспалительного ответа сопряжён с инфекционно-воспалительными изменениями в плаценте, степень выраженности которых определяет характер течения периода новорождённости. В статье показана роль инфекционно-воспалительного поражения плодовой части плаценты в развитии системного воспалительного ответа, эндотелиальной дисфункции и нейро-эндокринно-иммунного дисбаланса в организме новорождённого. Полученные данные позволяют сделать заключение об их важной патогенетической роли в манифестации клинических проявлений инфекционного процесса в раннем неонатальном периоде.
