论证:先天性膝关节脱位(CDK)是一种罕见的肌肉骨骼系统异常,发病率为每10万活产婴儿中就有1例。文献分析表明,描述这种病理特征的解剖变化的孤立研究,主要在手术治疗中发现。
目的:根据尸体解剖材料研究先天性膝关节脱位的膝关节韧带及大腿肌肉的病理形态学特征。
材料与方法。本研究包括两个妊娠期为18周、20周的自然流产后双侧先天性膝关节脱位胎儿和一个妊娠期为29周的双侧先天性膝关节脱位死产胎儿。对照组为两个妊娠18周、20周的自然流产胎儿和一个妊娠25周无下肢畸形的死产胎儿。
结果。组织学检查发现各种解剖结构的紊乱和移位,以及软组织退行性营养不良的改变。对照组无病理形态学改变。
结果。所检测到的病理形态学改变是所研究胎儿先天性膝关节脱位的主要表现。
