背景。良性纤维组织细胞瘤(BFH)是一种常见的皮肤肿瘤,但其在骨骼中发生仍十分罕见,尤其对于儿科人群而言。该疾病是一个有趣的研究对象,因为在组织学上,它与非骨化性纤维瘤(NOF)等其他骨纤维组织细胞病变相似。
临床病例。一名11岁患者因右大腿肿胀和间歇性疼痛入院。放射学检查显示股骨囊性病变,呈皂泡状,边缘硬化。活检标本的组织病理学检查得出良性纤维组织细胞瘤诊断。患者接受了病灶完全刮除和植骨术,术后16个月无复发。
讨论。良性纤维组织细胞瘤是一种罕见的骨肿瘤,尤其对于儿童而言。在组织学上,它与非骨化性纤维瘤相似。因此,了解其临床和放射学特征是非常重要的,以便帮助区分这些肿瘤并选择适当的治疗方法。
结论。良性纤维组织细胞瘤在儿科人群中很可能被低估。任何呈非骨化性纤维瘤并伴有无法解释的疼痛或快速生长的儿童或青少年,都应考虑做此诊断。
