论证。传统的儿童长上臂残肢的美容假体设计有几个缺点,如不舒服和僵硬的假体套筒,需要带状固定,以及由于肩部和前臂的长度与残肢不相称而导致产品不一致等。

本研究的目的是开发、制造及测试一种用于肩部残肢的套筒衬假体原型。

材料与方法。已开发出一种新的肩部美容假体的套筒衬垫,并得到俄罗斯发明专利的确认,在国内假体实践中首次采用两种不同类型的硅胶制成,并已成功用于17名儿童的美容假体中,其中10人以前曾使用过传统的长桩假肢。与传统设计相比,使用心理测量表分析了对新的套筒衬垫的满意度。

结果。所开发的设计既结合了套筒的功能,使肘关节可以连接在上面,又结合了衬垫的特性,由于采用了硅胶,确保残余肢体在套筒中保持舒适,并消除了传统结扎紧固件的使用。

结论。所提出的医疗技术解决方案可以在不影响相对于健康肢体的比例以及佩戴舒适度的情况下,在残余肢体(包括长残余肢体)上轻松而安全地固定美容假体。
