Abstract

Миокардит - это патологическое состояние, при котором в миокарде протекает активный воспалительный процесс с некрозом кардиомиоцитов. Специфических клинических признаков миокардита не существует, и нередко это заболевание может быть принято за острый коронарный синдром (ОКС). Каждый клинический случай миокардита позволяет накапливать врачебный опыт и корректно проводить дифференциальную диагностику с такой наиболее часто встречающейся патологией, как ОКС.
