МУЗЫКОТЕРАПИЯ НЕДОНОШЕННЫХ НОВОРОЖДЁННЫХ ДЕТЕЙ: УСПЕХИ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ

Аннотация

Исследование влияния музыки на недоношенных новорождённых проводится с 70-х годов ХХ века. В большинстве работ показано значительное положительное влияние музыки на различные физиологические показатели у младенцев. За прошедшие 40 лет музыкотерапия прошла путь от простого акустического стимулирования новорождённого до сложных видов музыкально-психотерапевтического воздействия, нацеленного не только на ребёнка, но и на его окружение (прежде всего, на мать), что позволяет восстанавливать взаимодействие между компонентами диады, разобщённой перинатальным стрессом и длительной госпитализацией в условиях реанимации новорождённых. Несмотря на многочисленные исследования с различными положительными эффектами музыкальнотерапевтического воздействия на недоношенных детей, ряд аспектов ещё требует уточнения. К сожалению, в отечественной литературе удаётся найти относительно мало работ, посвящённых музыкотерапии новорождённых, в то время как в ряде зарубежных клиник данный метод уже введён в рутинную клиническую практику. Возможно, оптимальной в условиях отечественных неонатальных стационаров могла бы оказаться «акустическая мама-терапия».
