Abstract
The high prevalence of juvenile idiopathic arthritis and the complexity of diagnosis, as well as the high percentage of disability, justify the high relevance of this problem at the current stage of medical development. The article presents a summary of the clinical picture, diagnosis and approaches to therapy. The features of the clinical course of juvenile idiopathic arthritis, taking into account different variants of the disease, are indicated.
