Ишемический колит: современные проблемы диагностики и лечения

Аннотация

В статье представлены современные сведения об ишемическом колите (ИК), отличающемся разнообразной клинической картиной от лёгких самокупирующихся форм до тяжёлого гангренозного панколита, ассоциированного с высокой 50% летальностью. Совместная командная работа гастроэнтеролога, рентгенолога, эндоскописта и хирурга обеспечивают раннюю диагностику и своевременную лечебную стратегию. Основное внимание уделено особенностям клинической картины, визуализирующим методам диагностики и консервативной терапии доброкачественно протекающей негангренозной форме ишемического колита.
