Efficiency of combined use of natural factors in the sanatorium and methods of progressive muscular relaxation in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with degenerative diseases of the spine

The effectiveness of combined use of natural factors in the sanatorium and the method of progressive muscular relaxation in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with degenerative diseases of the spine were assessed. It is shown that the use of balneotherapeutic procedures and the adapted method of progressive muscular relaxation significantly shortens the recovery period for the patients’ ability to work.
