Studied electrocardiographic and electrophysiological properties of ventricular arrhythmia with focal localization of the automaticity abnormal focus in the anterolateral area of the fibrous ring of the tricuspid valve. The methods of ventricular arrhythmic focus mapping are shown. Shown a case of successful removal of focal ventricular arrhythmia from the anterolateral area of the fibrous ring of the tricuspid valve by radiofrequency catheter ablation.
