Localized prostate cancer: transcriptional mechanisms of early recurrence

Abstract

The author shows that in localized prostate cancer, one of the mechanisms of activation of the transcriptional potential of cancer cells and early recurrence of the disease is to increase the expression of the HIFIa and NF-kB genes in glandular tissue.
