Abstract

Cervical spine dysfunction may lead to the occurrence and chronization of headache. The new diagnosis «cervicogenic headache» has been introduced instead of the former ones «cervical spine osteochondrosis» and «vertobasillar insufficiency». Current diagnostic criteria and treatment options are presented.
