Abstract

This observation demonstrates an association between heart rate and the occurrence of myocardial ischemia. The paper discusses problems in heart rate-reducing therapy for stable angina pectoris and the advantages of combination therapy with β-adrenoblockers and the If-channel inhibitor Coraxan.
