Abstract

The paper considers the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of obstructive azoospermia. Particular emphasis is laid on morphological changes in testicular tissue, depending on the etiological factor of obstructive azoospermia and the level of obstruction. Data are given on the efficiency of treatment and testicular biopsy in this category of patients.
